UK announced the hiring of former Penn State boxer Scott Holsopple as its new strength coach yesterday. The Cats, the only SEC team never to win the league title, lead Alabama by two games in the overall standings.

Dewalt, a 6-foot-6, 230-pound wide receiver, was suspended from UK for academic reasons after a freshman season in which he caught 11 passes for 122 yards and a touchdown and blocked a school-record seven kicks. Dewalt then enrolled at Northeast Mississippi Community College last fall, playing both football and basketball with hopes of re-enrolling at Kentucky this August.
